Headquarter in Los Angeles, with offices in Washington D.C., Vancouver and other cities in China, USEDC promote exchanges between USA and China in business, education, culture, and other areas throughout all activities such as Annual Special Topic Seminar, US-China Business Cooperation Forum, US-China business interests briefings, and other conferences as well as market research, professional training, business delegation visits, and other international exchange projects and activities. For over 10 years USEDC organized over 3,000 Chinese government officials, businessman and others to visit the U.S. USEDC also helps the American companies to go to China for different purposes. USEDC is led by its Executive Committee, which consists of the President/CEO, Vice Presidents, and local office chief representatives. The Executive Committee supervises the execution of USEDC's projects and programs; and determines the amendment of Bylaws of USEDC, distribution of assets and income, and all other important issues. USEDC has business relationships with many US and Chinese government agencies, business associations, trade shows/expos, and universities, such as US Department of Commerce, US Small Business Administration, Chinese Ministry of Commerce, US state commerce or economic development agencies, Chinese provincial business or trade agencies, Los Angeles City, Silicon Valley of California and other US and Chinese cities;
