What You Need to Prepare

USEDC has more experience in the China tour business with our high quality service and is confident that we can respond to your inquiries with your satisfaction. Please call or e-mail us with any questions you might have. We are available to assist you in completing the registration form. A current passport is your responsibility and you may also need to address the required visa process. However if you wish USEDC to handle the visa application, you will need to provide us with your passport, a signed visa application form, two passport photos before the due date. We will complete the paper work in time. A pre-tour briefing for all participants will be held (date, time and venue to be announced) at which time we will answer all of your questions and familiarize you with details you will need to know.

You won¡¯t feel uncomfortable when you are in China, we will address the questions you might have during the pre-tour briefing. Prepare questions regarding tipping, taxi, rest rooms or phone calls, an explanation will be given on health insurance and credit card use. Electricity in China is 220 volts and an adapter is needed however most electronic products are available at the hotels in which you will be staying. We hope you will join us.

About The Trip

We are happy to address your interest in our trip to China. You will visit memorable sites, both ancient and modern, and enjoy a multitude of unforgettable experiences.

The price is based on a double occupancy and includes round trip air fare, airport fees and fuel surcharge, 4 or 5 star hotel accommodations, local transportation, professional English-speaking tour guide in each city, full meals every day and tickets for most tour attractions on the itinerary. International phone calls, tips for escort and driver are personal expenses.

Itinerary (Subject to Change)
Day 1 Depart from Los Angeles to Beijing
Depart West Coast today aboard a spacious jet for your transpacific journey. Your adventure begins as you will cross the international dateline.
Day 2 Arrive in Beijing
Upon arrival we are transferred to our hotel. After our trans-pacific voyage, it will be a pleasure to settle in to our luxury accommodations.
Day 3 Beijing 
Beijing is the capital of China and was the host city for the 2008 Olympics. Tiananmen Square is a famous landmark and holds distinction as being the world's largest public square, continue on to the Forbidden City as well as the emperor's summer Palace. At dinner, you will taste famous Peking Roasted Duck. After diner we will return to the hotel.
Day 4 Beijing 
Snaking its way thousands of miles across Northern China, the Great Wall took several dynasties to complete and is the subject of our admiration today. Descend to visit the Mausoleum Road later.
Day 5 Beijing -- Shanghai--Suzhou 
Depart from Beijing to Shanghai, the largest and most prosperous city in the nation; Shanghai is the economic, financial and cultural center. Then a tour bus trip to Suzhou later in the afternoon.
Day 6 Suzhou--Hangzhou 
Suzhou has been called the "Venice of the East" as it is an ancient town interlaced by numerous canals. Your city tour will include visits to the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Grand Canal, and then Hangzhou by bus in the afternoon.
Day7 Hangzhou--Shanghai 
With its cultural relics now restored and preserved, Hangzhou is renowned as one of the six famous ancient capitals of China. West Lake (Xihu) is an especially popular destination for its picturesque scenery. Before we return to Shanghai, we will taste Longjing Tea. Visit Xitang.
Day 8 Shanghai
Enjoy the city tour with bustling Nanjing Road, the waterfront Bund, and Cheng Huang Temple, the People¡¯s Square. You may spend your final afternoon hours in China on this trip on your own.
Day 9 Shanghai -- Los Angeles 
Tour guide will pick you up at hotel; you will take the Maglev train, the world's fastest train, to the airport for our return flight, welcome home!
